Currently managing three customer engagement-focused squads to improve MAU and retention. Our most recent release to drive our North Star Metric of interview consumptions, is a text-to-speech audio solution using Amazon Polly.
Founded the company’s first Employee Resource Group: the Tegus Women’s+ Network. We are a community invested in making Tegus a supportive place for women+ to advance personally and professionally.

Managed and led a team of product managers and designers across three time zones and two countries supporting the editorial voice and monetization of 13 digital media sites, including Deadspin, Gizmodo, Lifehacker, and The Onion. Together our brands reached over 100MM unique visitors a month.
Used objective and key results (OKR) framework to manage internal roadmap prioritization and communication with editorial, sales, analytics, and leadership to scale the business and grow our readership. Grew our monthly monetizable video views by 23% year-over-year.
Ran external product diligence during the sale of Fusion Media Group to private equity firm, Great Hill Partners in April 2019. Our company was been renamed G/O Media.

Defined new processes and communication workflows as we merged The Onion product team with Gizmodo Media Group to become Fusion Media Group (FMG).
Managed a team of three product managers focused on building out FMG’s in-house content management system (Kinja) and front-end features for twelve editorial teams. Successfully mapped and migrated all archival content from The Onion, The A.V. Club and ClickHole’s content management system to Kinja.
